Also instead of cleaning house of the cancers we have at QB and coaching in the offseason we are going to clean house of the players who call them out or are frustrated by them. Watch, we get rid of Kamara, Thomas, and Olave while we kick the can on Carr and Allen. Next year we will have a much harder schedule and a more excuse based culture than ever built on Dennis Allen's philosophy of wins dont matter lets throw away the microwave, chop wood, and try bake a cake on an open fire.
