Unfortunately don't think this Pollyanna ownership/management group is going to whack the heads where needed whether we win or lose, so I'm rooting and hoping for the best. Expecting nothing.....either good or bad and that just sucks

Hoping my prayers offset yours and Dennis Allen gets booted anyway.

By now it should be ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that Quido hasn’t figured out how things work (or don’t work) around here.

I'm also interested to see how Carr would do under a different OC.

Add some speed to the front 7 (especially LB), and a quality free-agent O-lineman and we'll be set to draft BPA when draft time comes.

Rebuild the coaching staff? Hell yeah!

Add more talent to the roster. No need to rebuild.
A target rebuild is a spot on description of what we need rather than a rebuild or tear down.
Keep a few valuable assistant coaches and clear house at HC, DC, and OC, and Douggie Marrone to start. We should also look at fresh scouts to help Jeff Ireland rebuild his brand. He's been hit or miss lately.

The players aren't gunshot but the coaches are brain dead.

Maybe. Maybe we have a coaching problem that influences a bean counter. When Payton did it that worked. Not now so much.

Rebuilds rarely work fast enough to suit the short sighted attention span of most fans who cry for change after just one year or two.

The Saints desperately need a system shake up and all new coches. I think Loomis isn't perfect but he's obviously very good and I don't know of one person who can do a better job. However, The Saints do need a stronger Alpha leadership football brain in upper management though.
