At least if we clean house, we would at least have hope, where there is currently none, and there’s nothing worse than a lack of hope.
What I am saying is we suck. We have been sucking. We will be sucking. Seriously.

You cannot put lipstick on a pig and expect it to be a supermodel.

queefo is a prime example of an idiot savant... his one exceptional aptitude is his blind faith and loyalty to a losing football team. while failing miserably in social and intellectual functioning.

That is some seriously funny stuff right there. The Saints aren't moving and we are hosting a Super bowl in 2025. Sometimes I'm not sure if you're trying to be funny or not.

There is no way that you could really think that a two or possibly three year head coach can single handedly influence a team to relocate. And if anyone mentions San Antonio I'll stop and remember that even fools have opinions........ and I'm not always sure which one I am. So, I'll just laugh at them!

I mean, we survived bad coaching and hurricanes before and we're still the New Orleans Saints!

Let's step back and remember that we have great ownership with deep pockets, a gifted accounting system that gives us tens of millions of dollars on next year's salary cap increase. What we need is leadership in the draft room who value big schools and draft picks.

We also need a new HC, which means we need a new DC too. We are a winning organization and our record in the last twenty years looks pretty damn good. Gimme' a HC with some stones and a game plan and let's roll!

11 times.... let that sink in. the number of times nfl teams left it's host city. New Orleans ain't that special. Sorry

Oh New Orleans is REALLY special. We’re about to see some suckiness that no other team can replicate.

No. The reasons why there were so many Lions fans in attendance was because Detroit hadn't won a playoff game in 31 years, they hadn't even been to a playoff game in eight years, and weather in Detroit on that day was a high of 43 with rain, while it was 68 and partly cloudy in New Orleans.

We were both sick that weekend so we had to sell our tickets. We got almost $300 a piece for them. The couple that sit behind us said the Dome was still packed, but lots of blue.

This really cuts both ways. The truth is lots of Lions fans will want to go to road games because they have new exciting successful team and very few Panthers fans will want to go to road games because they have a boring crappy team this year as per usual but more so. So its wrong both to say that the Saints performance or fan loyalty is what caused the Lions game road crowd or what kept the stands black and gold against the Panthers. The fact is that only teams whose fans are excited will draw big road crowds and that will require either a rich history of success and/or an exciting current team. The Saints could go 0-17 five years in a row and a team like the 2023 Panthers would never travel well here because there is no demand, people in Carolina would rather watch their first cousins pick tobacco in their birthday suits than travel to watch the current Panthers team. But by playing poorly we do open up every team that is winning or has a history of winning to travel well here. That is because of supply and demand. If we are winning and exciting too and the traveling team is winning and exciting too, that will drive up ticket prices to $500, and adding the additional cost of hotels and flights, it will limit the road crowd. But if we suck, tickets will drop to $50-100, and the road crowd will be big where demand exists. So, just wait until next year when we play more good teams where demand exists.

Salient points. Well articulated.

I wonder if Dennis Allen thinks he's in a good place? Lately, he's been getting pretty testy with the media these days who are asking some tougher questions.

Saints fans would rather sell to visiting teams than watch the product on field.

Why does this need to be excused away?
