this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Whenever I see Taylor's legs all is forgiven. But my dream ending would be the Lions dethroning the Chiefs....

Re: THE CHIEFS WIN THE SUPER BOWL THIS YEAR.
NBC let it slip already in an errant post that the SB will have Whiners vs Ravens, FWIW.

Just looking at yesterday's games (specifically the Chiefs/Bills), you have to have a surgeon @ QB who can make all of the critical throws & decisions in crucial moments. Mahomes is that dude. Josh A fumbled and missed open WRs too many times late. But I still think the Raven's defense will be the difference next Sunday. And that guy we passed up (Action Jackson) in the draft for Davenport ![]() Can't wait. |

Mark Cuban said many years ago the undoing of the NFL will be caused by pure greed. If any of these game throwing theories are proven true, the fan base would likely rapidly erode. As they say, we shall see.

The fan base is being replaced by people who pay good money to be entertained, even deceived. It’s a new world.

The NBA had their officiating scandal back in 2005-2007 that was exposed by the gambling industry. That only involved a handful of people and they couldn't pull it off. The casinos have a far greater interest in the legitimacy of the games than all of the stakeholders combined. There is a whole industry that was developed by the consortium of gambling entities that does nothing but monitor all sports that are involved in wagering 24/7/365. |
