Brother I said what I said.

Both are brittle & neither can be counted on.

We haven't seen any of that in a couple of years.

He is coming off a disappointing season and is one of the few veterans where the Saints could actually save money off this years cap if he were cut. While it would be surprising, so was Roby last year, and I don't know that Johnson is a massively bigger star than Roby. The Saints have a lot of young TEs, Moreau's salary is guaranteed, Johnson has been injury prone lately, and nobody has stood out.

I am glad Johnson is playing well in the practice. If he looked slow and dropped a bunch of balls though, I would cut him.

Even if Cousins is healthy he might have lost a step, might resent the Penix pick and show it, or might find Drake London is a poor imitation of Justin Jefferson.

Raheem Morris has been a losing head coach at the NFL level.

The Falcons may have the most upside in the division but I think they also have a lot of downside.

It looks like the downside scenario for the Falcons could be playing out. I think that downside if fairly unlimited if all the hope of adding Cousins turns to despair, especially if Penix gets injured too or struggles. Are we ready to add a 5th or whatever former GM to our front office if Terry Fontenot is fired? I would rather he stay with Atlanta long term and keep being the worst GM in the NFL.
