It can and often however cascade through an organization. I am sure there were more than one player that didn't care for Sean Payton's style but saw Drew as a leader and Drew's respect for Sean bled over. One of the biggest misunderstandings in the topic is that most people can not differentiate between Inspiration, Motivation, and Leadership. There are some crossover principles but all very different principles. ![]() |
