I like that. Hopefully we can find a way to get Carr out of here and replace him with a cheap QB like Justin Fields.

I'd just as soon roll with Rattler and give him a chance to earn the start in 2026. If not, then we'll get a high draft pick next year. I also see us losing a lot of starters to old age/retirement which should get us some comp picks too.

If I am right about the contract numbers this is a great move. The best way to fix our cap is to stock our roster with as many players as this valuation as possible for a year or two.

Imagine one of the other teams in "NFC GOIN SOUTH DIVISION!! sweeping the Saints next season. Even worse, he reunites with Sean Payton!

One would think an "OFFENSIVE GENIUS" would want a one of a kind threat like Taysom Hill.
