IF the Saints keep Carr, I will advocate for signing Davante Adams to a 2 year deal. Yes, he's 32 but clearly still got enough to be a solid contributor as a mid to lower tier #1 WR.

Let's estimate a 2yr, $41MM with $35MM guaranteed.

I'd be in favor of kicking the tires on Lazard. He'll come cheaper and could be a possession complement to Shaheed and Olave.

They just restructured Carr so he is staying. We are now cap compliant

Maybe with this news the Seahawks would think about trading for Derek Carr. Klint Kubiak is the offensive coordinator there now, so there's that.

That is way more than he should get paid and anyone who wants that should have just been a Raiders fan 3 years ago and watched these players when they were less washed.

His cap hit next year will be 69.7 million. Unless you’re name is manning or brees no one is trading for him
