this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Reggie Bush... 24 years old and now understands how to bring the wood. His best football years are ahead of him. Whether or not he's overpaid, he generates more than enough revenue to offset that....

I am open to any and all offers. say pete carol calls up from seattle? 32nd for the 14th pick and hrows in their second, pick #40? then what? you would not pause and think about it?
14th - C.J. Spiller, RB, Clemson - ok you get the 2010 version of Bush at a cheaper price. or go Bryan Bulaga, LOT, Iowa - now the Brown Bushrod debate is a mute subject. Trade stinch, sign brown and move him back to RT. Or bite the bullet and let brown walk. Let Bush and Bulaga battle it out at LOT. Sean Weatherspoon, OLB, Missouri and put the debate of WLB to rest? at 40 Cam Thomas, NT, North Carolina |

If he does go, I guess the good side is that we'll finally be rid of that girlfriend of his.
Personally, I'd rather see her go than him. |

When Bush as a super day, he does. He can really break out there sometimes. He is a great contributor to a team.
He has put a lot of time through charity and causes in N.O. and the surrounding area. Bush has a good reputation. Yeha, Kim, but at least she is not like Jessica Simpson was. RB is only 25. He has a few years ahead. I understand the FA thing and salary cap. I understand the guy would want to go for as much money as her can. Careertime in NFL isshort and toll on your body is long. RB now has aSB win so, what is left to do. Go to a struggling team and get paid a lot of money, That does not sound so good. It is a problem for the Saints org. I vote-he stays. |

Re: 2010 - Keep or Cut Reggie Bush.
Yes, I am a woman!
I don't like her for many reasons. 1. I didn't like her before she started dating RB. She's only famous because she made an amateur porn tape with Brandy's little brother. And she was friends with Paris Hilton. That right there sets off red flags! 2. She's of no benefit to society. She has a "reality" show, and all she and her sisters do is party. If she was out there, making a difference in the world, I wouldn't feel negativity towards her. 3. Whenever she goes to Saints games, the focus imediately shifts towards her. I can't read an article or watch a post game show without footage of her image splattered everywhere. Last time I checked, she wasn't a member of the team. The other players' wives don't get nearly as much attention as she does. And some of them are much better looking than her. 4. Yeah, lots of people think she's hot, but I could look that hot with the right amount of makeup. I've seen pictures of her without makeup, she's not pretty. All I can say is "EEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW!" |

wo- haha. Not to hott there. Yeah truthfully I think a lot of those stars do not look great when the makeup comes off. I saw a pic of Pamela anderson years ago- and basically same thing. Looked terrible! |

Re: 2010 - Keep or Cut Reggie Bush.
I hope they keep Reggie. Personally, I don't care about the money. If it were coming out of my pocket, that would be different.
I wouldn't want the team to suffer, but I trust Benson and Loomis now. It sounds a littly silly, but I like the fact that stars are fans of the team, and that the team itself is becoming star-studded. Already stars along with Bush are Brees, Shockey, Colsten, Vilma, Smith, and Sharper, for sure. Soon to become stars are just about all of the remaining starters, IMO. |
