it doesnt matter what they do in the 2nd half because they have effectively drained our defense by halftime it is not our defense that wins these games....it is our offense.....we cant continue to play like that the next couple games because we will lose |

Again, take off your fan goggles. Can't base a team off one win or loss. Otherwise the Saints are no better than they were Sunday and we know they are better. Cowboys game could go either way depending on what Cowboys team shows up. |

If that is true, with that lead that late, why would they abandon the run? Don't you want to eat the clock, maybe score at least a field goal or two? |

Look, lets face it. We have just played against some great RB's and we are still winning and so who gives a crap were we are rank as long as we win. Jackson has rushed over 100 yds against Wash ranked 5 and Green Bay ranked 4 and where are they right now in the standings?
As long as we out score them I'm happy. |

our closest game to date was the game against the rams which means teams are figuring us out and its not going to take much for the role of winner and loser to flip if we dont figure something out quickly |

I just realized that the Saints never trailed in this game. Isn't that a good thing?

Im happy too.
Injuries happen. You have to have depth, and in most positions, we do. On paper we should beat the Rams 50-0. We've played in Baton Rouge, San Antonio, The Meadowlands, and even England, but we have yet to play a game on paper. The upside is, now word is we're struggling a bit, and that paper may say we're ripe for picking by the Bucs. I think nobody wants to play to perfection more than the Saints themselves, and maybe this week they will set fire to that paper, en route to torching the Bucs. GEAUX! |

Re: A Good Team Would Have Beaten Us Today.
Teams aren't figuring us out. We have turned the ball over 13 times in the last 4 games. We are beating ourselves. Period. None of those ballgames were close without self inflicted wounds. All would have been blowouts regardless of the other teams running game.
