Anthony Hargrove was cut by the Philly Eagles...

With T-P reporting Hartley out as much as 10 weeks, why not PUP list?

When Will Smith Returns in Week 3, assuming (K-o-W) that there are no other injuries, Saints will either release Junior or Charleston...

And with Hartley's situation possibly being out ten (10) weeks, will the Saints really commit two roster spots for Place Kicker?!?
