Brees is the type of QB that finishes, changes, and ultimately decides a game. But, there has been instances where teams with rather lackluster QB's have down well. (Jets of today, Ravens with Dilfer, on and on)

I do think the items are in place for a new QB talent to come in and progress. But will the Saints ever be the team they are now with Brees? No.
