Well I just look at this as only being another chapter in the roller coaster ride that is all part of being a Saints fan!
I will ALWAYS support the Saints, whatever happens now or in the future! GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!!! |

I don't know if I could like my Saints any more than I already do, but this certainly may make me more vocal about it. It reminds me of the NCAA's extreme punishment of Alabama several years ago for doing the exact same things other schools did who got punished much less severely. To all the LSU/Saints fans who cheered the extreme Bama punishments then, you now know exactly how it feels. |

We have all been through tough times before. I dont think as bad as this but as long as Brees is in the locker room I have faith in this team.

You guys got whacked pretty hard. Figured it would be bad. Didn't know it would be this bad. Want more bad news? They are still figuring out which players to suspend and for how long. That's additional penalties on top of what you have now.

Ok,were do we go now?
Some on here and elsewhere think we are done for the year and will not be able to compete with the coaching and possible player suspensions. Do we use this as a chance to rebuild the team by trading away the older players(inc Drew) for draft picks and young talent and use this season as a transition season to get the players used to a new system and city.Or is this a defeatist attitude that will place the team on a slippery slope to mediocrity? If we went down that route who could be picked up or what picks could be gained? Or do we fight though everything and go after the big prize in spite of Goddell and the League |
