Joe Morgan arrested for DUI
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; How can a person be arrested for Driving While Intoxicated if he wasn't actually driving? He may have just decided to sleep it off in his car. Let's assume the best - Joe Morgan has not had any character issues ...

How can a person be arrested for Driving While Intoxicated if he wasn't actually driving? He may have just decided to sleep it off in his car. Let's assume the best - Joe Morgan has not had any character issues until now.

Yea but it wasn't that story. Im not making light of a DUI, but its not like he raped kids. He won't miss any football time, and as long as this is a wake up call and he can walk a straight path I don't see any reason to panic. Its nice to have players that are squeaky clean, but Ill take a Ray Lewis any day if he produces.

I like Joe Morgan but I have a feeling Payton is going to come down hard on him for this. |
