Brees has been a little short on some passes so far this year but I think the deep throws are more that he hasn't realized just how fast Stills is. When Devery ran his combine back in 2004 his time was 4.37 so we can easily say the last 3 years he probably slowed to 4.4-4.5 and Brees was use to that. Stills runs a 4.34 now so I think it will take a couple games for Brees to realize he needs to let the ball go a hair sooner and let Stills catch up to it and not have to sit back and wait for it.
