Re: Saints 2016 Coaching Staff
I try not to be the guy calling for the guy's job - any guy's job. But that's speaking generally. If ever there was a need for change, it's our special teams.

Re: Saints 2016 Coaching Staff
All I want is for the saints to find a linebacker coach and for Loomis to stop window shopping for the top free agent and go after what we really truly need is a pair of offensive guards.
How I would've enjoyed keeping Kenny Stills over Brand(!)n Cooks. If Cooks don't stop his crying over the ball we going to have another T.O. and Mcnabb situation. "Closed mouths don't get fed" pleaseeeeeee!!! |

Speaking of LB coaches, the one guy I would want is Mike Singletary. I truly believe he could make a difference.

Dennis Allen and Sean Payton were even forced to get involved and jump into the situation and defend their position for his benching this season... Can still my uncles arguing during a Saints game - "It's the coaching, stupid!!!" I'd love for Sean Payton to read this interview, instead of an autograph, I'd hand him this to read and reflect on... Harvard Business Review: To Build a Winning Team: An Interview with Head Coach Bill Walsh by Richard Rapaport It's still a great read after all this time and it'd be appropriate passing of the torch to the best offensive mind since Coach Walsh... |

Re: Saints 2016 Coaching Staff
Well this is what we know...
Anthony was a consensus first round pick among many established scouts... He was in the running for Rookie of the Year and set rookie records at the position... He made plays at the position that hadn't been made for the Saints in some time... ...this includes the NFL's first defensive return on a 2pt conversion... Joe Vitt is the Linebackers coach... The Saints have not drafted and developed a linebacker in Vitt's tenure... One of the arguments in defense of Vitt was the Saints hadn't drafted a first or second round pick at the position... The Saints still haven't developed a linebacker at the position... Payton in midseason/lateseason interviews in response to Anthony inquiries that D.A. was spending alot of time with that unit... These are things we know... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

Surely Pepper could help our LB department. |
