Honest Question here, Does New Orleans have the Death Penalty?

This guy and many others that committ these crimes deserve it!!

2nd degree murder is an automatic life sentence, it was said earlier in the thread somewhere...

Death would be the easy way out! If I had the power, he'd be tortured every day for the rest of his life...

Like getting his finger nails ripped out one by one for starters

I can only hope that a lot of the other "lifers" he meets in Prison are huge Saints fans, I hope they make him pay.

I'm sick to my stomach.

I'm angry. I'm sad.

I'm worried for New Orleans where this type of crime is more common than not.

My favorite city on earth needs a savior.

I held back tears all day, but to all my BnG pals I sobbing now. prayers for the family and bless them in this difficult time. 44th, WILL SMITH will forever be remembered in this org. and in my home.

All the facts have not come out yet and everyone is ready to crucify the guy. He looks guilty as hell, but until we know all the facts we shouldnt rush to judgement.

Seriously?! Innocent until proven guilty right? Just the fact that he's the only one with the gun and an eye witness who he shot survived... Or the fact that he chased down Will after his car was supposedly hit; I guess that was a decent excuse to pull a gun :rolleyes:
