An opinion is stating something like, "Personally, I don't think any player is worth $25 million." On the other hand, stating, "NO PLAYER IS WORTH 25 MILLION A YEAR TO PLAY FOOTBALL!," is not an opinion. It is stated as fact and you know darned well that very soon there will be dozens of players making just that. Reality is and always has been and always will be that actual worth or value is set by what the free and open market is willing to bear. It is one of the most basic principles of economics. |
