I seriously would not be against drafting 2 CB and 2 DE with our picks in 1/1/2/3

Re: Brandin Cooks Officially Traded to Patriots

I'm back and forth on Malcolm Butler. He'd be the #1 cornerback on this team if we were to trade for him. His health isn't a concern unlike the corners we have now. He's 27 years old. He consistently grades out as a top 10 cornerback in the league. I don't know...I'm starting to think maybe we should pull the trigger. We can draft another cornerback as well and maybe we'll be able to get through a season without our starting corners going down.

He's a short CB. That's why NE wants to move him.

I thought it was about the money. I mean, he's 5'11". I prefer 6'0" corners these days, but he's right there. I don't know...I just know he's better than every corner on our roster at the moment. I wonder what his price tag is.

Re: Brandin Cooks Officially Traded to Patriots

Personally i think outside the Pats system he will not look half the player

If he was as good as some suggest and he thinks you wonder why the Pats were willing to risk a new player in the system and offer Gilmore so much money to sign.

Some reports saying he wanted north of 14ml a year

Why when we have just got out of cap issues do we want to go back to that for him. He is 2007-12 Revis

Revis is being paid 6ml or so this year by the Jets id rather take a shot on him for a small contract if he would play for it

He isnt what he was but the team could do with some vets back there and for the right deal id pull the trigger on him or even Verner

"Two receivers to the left, Garcon to the right. Manning in the shotgun, puts Collie in motion. Looks in his direction...it's picked off! It's picked off! It's Tracy Porter again! He's runnin' free! He's gonna go all the way!

I agree, and didn't they offer 14 per year and he turned it down?

He played Atlanta in the Super Bowl. He would play them at least twice with us. He either had a poor outing or we got to see what he would be for us. I'd rather save the cheese and not sign him.

Re: Brandin Cooks Officially Traded to Patriots

He is 5'11 and not quick and when up against Julio,Evans,Jackson,Funchess and Benjamin 6 times a year you have to worry how Atlanta exposed them.

Sterling Moore did a decent job for me last year, especially considering the issues rushing the passer. He was fantastic and absoloutley screwed by the refs against the Giants, kept Beckham quite until the BS PI call at the end
