And they have obviously done just that with the personnel changes they have made over the past two years.

Yes, those things that are seen from the outside as negative matters can be discussed, but you go far beyond that realm. You obsess over them and constantly bring them up again and again and again. Fine we have all heard your tired old story so many times before. Time to move on from the past. There is nothing any of us can do to change it and there is nothing any of us can do to change the future of the success of the team. You kept saying that we have to study the failure of the past so we can make the future better. That is fairy tale land there, buddy, and you finally realized it. You have changed your tune. Fine.
