Having worked at a health insurance company for 17.5 years and having a wife who is an RN that has worked both in hospital risk management and as a malpractice claims adjuster for the last 30+ years, I can attest that more than just the nurses know the good ones from the bad ones. It is just that the information isn't readily available to your average patient.
