Absolutely. I'm trying to make a point.
I'm sure we all saw a Rodgers injury happening week 7, which had that not happened, we would have been 4-3 against the bucs.

Also, when the saints went 0-2 there were press reports saying they could not go 0-3. The 0-2 start woke them up, along with two games to help the defense. Miami is not a good team and was not when we played them either.

I certainly did not have us losing to Detroit and Chicago. Minnesota and Green Bay were virtually trade-offs.

I did get the bills game wrong, but let's wait until after the jets game to see if that is another trade-off. The point was not who we lost to, it's the records.

Trust me when I say this, we would not have come back and beaten Washington if we were 4-5 going into that game. A winning record was why we played harder. The team the last few years simply gave up emotionally and didn't care. In fact this whole season has exposed the saints the last two years where they never tried hard enough to win the tough games. They are only doing it now because they have a top ten defense(pull up that post why don't you since I basically said the team needed a top 10, NOT a top 20).

Everything I said was not a certain prediction it was questioning if we would get over the hump. Would we continue going 7-9 with 0-2 swing records and losing/.500 division records along with turning 4-4 into 4-6 or would we change things by undoing those things. We were never at risk for 4-4 week 9 because Rodgers got hurt and gave us a free win against the packers. I didn't expect us to get swept by Carolina because it was too soon and didn't expect Atlanta because of the recent history, so if anyone was going to sweep us should we have had another one of those seasons it was going to be TB. And it was that win that signified playoffs to me as I even pointed out the bucs was a must-win. The Washington game became a determination of if we were going to be a division winner or wild card team.
My point is you do all this prognositication and just like most who proport to know the future, have a bunch of erronenous predictions when time comes to pass. But unlike media talking heads who are paid to make silly predictions and are smart enough not to mention it again, you continue to bang the drum like the Energizer Bunny. Just like marking GB as an automatic loss, and now trying to cover up with Rodgers absence.

This is the NFL. Nothing about past performance has any indication of future performance. This is illustrated by the fact that each and every year there is a worst to first in some division (It's Philly this year) and that there is signficant turnover of playoff teams from year to year, such as this year where it's likely to have at least 3 new division winners with the possibility that none of the 6 NFC playoff contenders from last year may be in the tournament this time around.

So I just want to make it clear that it flat pisses me off when you bring drivel that has losses attached to it. This Saints squad can compete with anyone in the NFL. The combined record of the teams we currently have losses to is 29-7 with all three leading their divisions and two of them are currently the #1 seeds in their respective conferences. And with all that we're still at most 1 game behind in the loss column to all 3.

I would have been fine if you left your crap guesses back in September. But yet after 12 games of evidence and coming off a Saints win, you come back yesterday with more crap "analyzation" with losses attached.

And as you took the time to point out in my thread that you can post whatever the **** you want, that same philosophy applies to everyone else too.

Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good.
