I realize that he is probably the best free agent TE out there which would then let us use a draft pick on another position of need. But I just can't get behind the thinking.

Incidentally we are already paying a number one tight end with Fleener still on the roster.

Most of the Fleener money could be directed to Graham; and I'd like to see a the guy redeem himself and reestablish himself...

Besides, there aren't many options in Free Agency and while there's some incredible TE talent in the draft, I'd prefer draft picks used on front seven and offensive line...

Can't see outbidding Redskins when they'll probably pay his as a No. 1 Wideout...

...and @CantGuardMike will need to be extended next season...

Surely going to get 10+ml a year

Not sure we can have 2 WR at that price without screwing other areas of the team

Exactly, some are suggesting his market will net as much as 12mil/annum; that puts him with Alshon, TYH, and DBaldwin...

Re: 2018 NFL Free Agency

Rather keep that money aside for Thomas

We do not need another number 1 WR, a good complement WR(Landry would have been ideal) or as i said i think a speed like Taylor Gabriel would be a great add with what we have and add Graham just takes it over the top

If not Gabriel,Jordan Matthews,Marques Lee or Paul Richardson would all have something to offer

Albert Wilson or Sammy Watkins?

Re: 2018 NFL Free Agency

Love Watkins but he will get number 1 WR money or at least close to it
A lot of teams with alot of money that need WR help, someone will make a offer he cannot refuse

Do not know much on Wilson

I do with Albert. Young, fast and athletic. From what I read on KC blogs, he's a terrific team mate. A lot of talent that is untapped.

Why aren’t tweets pasting correctly for me anymore? They’re showing up as links instead of the actual tweet.

Well, we're at least where we were during the playoffs...

Some may want Okafor back, but an achilles tear takes more than a year before he's the same player, if ever...

We've got time now with upcoming free agency, draft...

Another reason why I'm glad I was wrong and we didn't draft this receiver...

That’s what I’ve been trying to say. We’re not fine at DE because we can simply re-sign Okafor. There’s a very good chance he’ll have to start the season on the PUP list.

It's starting to look like Seattle is in rebuild mode.

I wonder if Earl is next ?

Adam Schefter
@AdamSchefter
And another trade: Rams trading LB Alec Ogletree to the New York Giants for two 2018 draft picks, per league source.

Maybe moving Bennett and Sherman was so they could keep Earl Thomas?

If they want a fire sale I’ll take Bobby Wagner for a couple of draft picks.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Browns passed on a QB and took Barkely and either Chubb or Nelson...

Sometimes it might be better to relieve that pressure...

Because you can bet with that fanbase, there's a lot of pressure to get a passer...

Especially after letting Wentz get by them...

Browns have signed Tyrod Taylor for a 3rd rounder. They are in a good position with some great picks. The new front office making some good moves. They are getting into a good position in the AFC north with a poor Bungles and in trouble Ravens and a ading Steelers

That's what I was thinking too - they have the most torpedoes to make it happen...

But Taylor could be there to take the beatings until the offense is installed and they draft one this year...

To think the same draft as he went in the 4th (although injury related) the Saints drafted Stanley Jean-Baptiste in the second

Telvin Smith went in tbe 5th
