Kliff should have earned his stripes in the NFL as a Off coordinator ... first.

He's not ready to be a HC.

Well they did "test them" (see final score) and Murray didn't melt down.

Better coaching decisions by Kliff and the Cards send the Niners home with a L.

By the time they play us, I see 2 or more losses.

Re: 49ers are scary good

Arizona hiring Kingsbury was dumb. There is this faulty logic that is being used now in a league that a QB needs a coach just liked what they are used to doing in college in order to succeed and continue doing the things they do well. This isn't completely wrong, but you also need to bring in a coach that can expand what the QB does as well and teach the QB new ways to approach things. I've seen nothing from Kingsbury that shows that he knows how to teach QBs how to play in the NFL. Murray will not turn into a great QB by repeating what he did in college. NFL defenses are too flexible and will eventually adapt to shut him down. Murray needs to expand his knowledge base, learn things he's not completely comfortable with, while at the same time continue to do the things he's already proficient at. Arizona is just too eager to allow him to play with his niche skillset at QB. I'd love to see what someone like Payton could do with Murray. In a year or 2, he'd look like a completely different QB.

Kwon Alexander being out for the season is going to hurt the 49ers quite a bit.

Niners have a tough second half to the season. I think it will be between us and Rodgers for the #1 seed.

As far as coaches holding their team back this year, I have to say that Kingbury and Kitchens take the cake. They both have talented teams but seem to make awful decisions that cost the team.

Kitchens didn't even have a year experience as an OC. The Browns only made him head coach cause their douchebag quarterback liked him.

Kingbury had a losing record as a head coach in college. I don't think he has any business being an NFL head coach.

Throw in Zac Taylor too. That guy looks completely clueless coaching the Bengals.

Not sure about Kingbury, but Brown probably found Taylor on sale at Kroger.

Re: 49ers are scary good

Niners upcoming schedule

Seahawks
Cardinals
Packers
At Ravens
At Saints

I can see them going 3-0 in that home stretch. Seattle is not that good and are just barely winning games thanks to Russell Wilson pulling off magic. The Cards are a joke and Green Bay is the team we thought they were, overrated as hell. I look for Nick Bosa to punish Rodgers in that game.

The Niners have long struggled with the Ravens going back to the Harbaugh years, then they come here where we have the advantage at home.

After this, they end the season playing the Falcons, on the road vs Seattle and the Rams at home. Pretty easy cake walk schedule, even if they do lose in Seattle.

They're going to finish 13-3 I think and the game with us will decide the #1 seed.

As I said before; either Green Bay or SF are going to be one and done in the playoffs. I still lean more towards GB cause I don't think they're that good, but I still wouldn't be shocked if it's the Niners, especially if they get a 3rd match with the Rams or Seahawks in the post season.

The Seahawks will be a very good test for the mighty Niners.

I don't believe they beat the Packers or Ravens.

Then they come to face a real juggernaut in New Orleans.

Brutal upcoming schedule.

CHA_CHING 11-05-2019 12:33 PM

Re: 49ers are scary good

I don't believe in the Seahawks. They needed OT to barely get past the Jameis Winston led Bucs. Winston surprisingly had a good game too.

They have just been barely squeaking it out against crap teams they should be blowing out. The Niners on the other hand are pummeling these teams that the Seahawks struggle with, so I can see them handling Seattle with ease. I don't think they'll sweep them, but I expect next Monday to probably be a blow out in their favor.

I believe they'll beat the Packers, cause GB is hands down the most overrated team this year. Like the Seahawks, they too have barely been squeaking it out against crappy teams and then got their clocks cleaned this past Sunday in L.A. The Niners defensive line will be a huge problem for them given how much Rodgers likes to give up sacks.

I also am not really sold on the Packers defense, which allowed the Chargers to march up and down the field all game long on them. They've just played a slate of easy teams so far and bad QBs. They are right where they were last year, just with more sacks and turnovers. They still are struggling against the run, which will work in the Niners favor.

I think Green Bay will finish 11-5 and it will be largely thanks to a 6-0 or 5-1 record vs the sorry NFC North, then they'll get embarrassed in the first round of the playoffs and go home. They are the real team who benefits from a crap division and it shows when they get their teeth kicked in during the post season.

Can we finally just admit the 49ers ARE good?

And can we finally admit that Seattle really isn't that good? I seem to be the only person who gets this; the Seahawks were just barely beating crappy teams all thanks to Russell Wilson playing out of his mind with late game heroics. The same teams they have struggled with, the 49ers have blown out with ease. Seattle should've lost to the Bengals, Browns, Steelers and Rams. The Niners wiped the floor with all those teams except Pittsburgh.

This is how you prepare for a hated divisional foe, you go out and punch them in the mouth. Seattle could easily be 3-6 and the Niners are showing the world why.

We made a 1-7 Falcons team look like world beaters.

I don't want to hear about how the Niners and Pats have easy schedules. They beat the crap out of those bad teams which is what a good team is supposed to do! Never quite understood the criticism of bashing a team for putting an ass whooping down on bad teams, that's their job.

We finally play a bad team and get blown out. Not just blown out; the biggest upset of the year and it completely broke the FiveThirtyEight ELO model.

This 49ers team scares the crap out of me. I hope we come prepared for them, cause this will not be an easy game.

They are generating pressure with just the front four, thats hard to do. That opens up alot of ways to disguise your coverage. In all fairness though with all those first rounders on that line it should be bearing fruit.

I don't know why you think people criticize teams for blowing out bad teams. They get criticized because they don't play anybody.

Because, yeah, you SHOULD blow out the bad teams, but what happens when you actually play somebody? The Patriots at least have a track record. The 57ers don't.

Now, I don't think it has been in dispute for a few weeks now that the 75ers are a "good team". What's been in dispute is HOW good. The Seahawks would seem to be a decent test for them, but you are telling us they aren't good, while asking us to admit that the 32ers are good (again, "good" isn't really in dispute) BECAUSE they are beating the Seahawks.

That's some confusing logic.

Divisional opponents are never easy. Week to week league.

It's football. Don't bring your A game, you go home with an L.

People are kidding themselves if they think the Niners are taking the NFC. Jimmy Garrapolo ain't that dude. Obvious panic under pressure.

Niners will take more L's over the next few weeks. Just watch.
