Every time San Fran plays a good team they either come down to earth or lose. It's going to come down to us. If we execute poorly, we can lose to any team on any Sunday. Gotta clean up the penalties and dropped balls.

Watch us beat SF and lay an egg against Carolina. Tennessee and Indianapolis won’t be cakewalks either. Losing out isn’t outside the realm of possibility. Can not afford to take it easy. Showing up for every game has been a problem this year. Thankfully we are where we are in spite of it.

Its sad when I know for sure that we are the better team especially at the dome but my confidence is shot on this game. Instead of being excited about it I just wonder which way the refs will screw us over.

This is championship football. Gotta play the best to be the best. Our tough early schedule will benefit us here, IMHO. Whiners are just now entering their tough stretch. :bng:

Defensively, we just have to do what we do best. Cover 1 and 2 Man Under with the DE’s playing contain and blitzing with Davis or Alonso.

Offensively, I really don’t know. I’m pretty stumped about how we can attack stout defenses these days.

I'd go back to the Chicago game plan offensively. Ground and pound. Mid way 3rd quarter, those smaller DB's won't want to tackle Latavius anymore.

We beat them in their house with Teddy Bridgewater. If we see them again, it will, more than likely, be in our house with Drew Brees at the helm this time.

Our game against the 49ers has to be won in the trenches.

Our O Line has to be able to get to the 2nd level with their run blocks and we have to give Brees more time than 2.8 seconds to throw the ball.

Ramczyck vs Bosa is gonna be epic.

Big game this week that really requires us to be at our best. If we cannot get up for this at home....good luck. Need maximum effort. Trenches are where most games are won and lost...you're right, this is one we need to be better in

Niners will also get back Staley, Dee Ford & RB Brieda on Sunday.

Correct Major, Bosa usually always lines up against the L tackle. Speaking of Ramczyk, he has to be considered the best R Tackle in the game. Because if a person doesn’t follow football or the Saints, you’d never know he was on the team. I haven’t heard his name or # called in multiple weeks now. That’s a good sign for any offense lineman.
