Brees is done
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; What I didn't like from Brees today was putting the ball into heavy coverage spots where our guys were getting hammered. Did it with Ginn, Thomas and nearly got TreQuan killed but somehow he made that catch helmet flying off ...

What I didn't like from Brees today was putting the ball into heavy coverage spots where our guys were getting hammered. Did it with Ginn, Thomas and nearly got TreQuan killed but somehow he made that catch helmet flying off and all. Gone was the usual route combos we use to free up guys and get a high percentage completion. The passing game was way too vanilla today. That is what I think Sean, Pete and Drew need to work on for next week.
