Re: 2020 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
When he fully returns he will have his few plays. They very well be lethal. We are at our best when nobody is the focus. We are getting back to that point. When our opponents cannot stop our offense, our defense stays well rested and can key on the opponents offensive strengths. Our offense is so important to our defense.

Now, it took a few games, but Brees got back to distributing the ball again (10 different receivers last night, team total 11 with Winston to Washington), that's winning football... |

Re: 2020 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
RDE (2) 92 - Marcus Davenport
Brian Balldinger featured him a week or so ago & he broke down his "get off". Sometimes it appears as if he's offsides but it's pretty clear he's worked on his timing this off season. Trey gets the glory with sacks however Davenport is a big reason why we were able to pressure & sack Brady on Sunday. Add another feather in the cap for Coach Ryan Nielson. He's coaching (see Roach, Tuttle, Brown, David O) up these guys. "Disruption equals production" - JJ Watt. |

Why is TL Lewis on the roster. I’d rather we suit up a black cat.
The guy brings nothing but bad luck. |

Re: 2020 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Are there any free agents out there that could help us down the stretch? I read something about a few athletes sitting at home who could be a solid addition to this team. But I don't remember who they were. Thanks.

Earl Thomas & Eric Reid. I believe Cameron Wake and Clay Matthews are still at home too. Not sure how much they have left (if any) in the tank. |

I realize that we are in cap hell but we've been here before and survived, still I wonder if we can afford them and keep money for our own free agents next year. |
