Sean Payton was infatuated with Baker Mayfield in that years draft. They had four private meetings together. Payton even had a nickname for him: “Jersey” because he looked like Frankie Valli. My prediction is that after next season, when Baker’s on his 5th year option, we will trade for Baker Mayfield.

Is that an upgrade over Mr. Marcus? I don't think so. Mr. Marcus problem is confidence and that comes from the disconnect that the DBs have DA and Aaron Glenn; DBs' play should not be regressing when coming here...

Now? At his age? I'm not so sure we don't have one of the best rotations, when healthy...

Our problem is more scheme and defensive play-calling. But Watt is the kind of defender I'd spent two first round picks on, bellyaching and all...
