Many techniques would have been considered nonsense twenty years ago in both of those fields but are now mainstays in training and rehabilitation.

I'm not any of those things myself, but did you even bother to listen to the gibberish the trainer was spouting that he was going to do for his athlete? I've always considered you an intelligent poster, even if I don't like your attitude or your opions at times. Do you have to be certified in anything to listen to listen to that stuff and realize it's nonsense? This isn't leaches, or flat earth, c'mon man.
