Not in the same category as the other three. Favre rushed for over 200 yards in a year twice in his career for a 6.1 yards per game career average. Elway had a career rushing average of 14.6 yards per game. Neither would qualifying as running QB's to the point of the three I highlighted.

That said, Mahomes has averaged only 17 yards per game for his career, Rodgers is at 16.6, and Wilson is leading the pack at 31.3 yards per game.
