Beth Mowins was absolutely horrible calling that game. She should stick to women's sports, because I know I won't watch any of it.

The constant political correctness is getting old. Obviously, the majority in this thread all agree with OP. So just leave it alone. Why do you have to get all high and mighty?

Saintfan (wisely) has no opinion one way or the other. As a former broadcaster I will only say she's as good as many I've heard, better than some, worse than others.

I'm familiar with her from college football games that she occasionally does. She does try WAY too hard to sound masculine. Her voice might be deep for a woman, but you can tell she puts emphasis on it. I don't like when male announcers fake their voices, it's so pretentious and irritating. It's maybe worse when a woman does it.
