Well, the Wings pulled off the victory in Nashville to tie the series. Philly won in a very defensive matchup...8-5, to take the 2 game series lead.

A much better game for the Wings ... the Commissioner wasn't there and you could tell by the tempo of the game, it was much faster and the urgency I told you was missing from game 1 was there from the start with Bertuzzi taking on Shea for slamming Zetterberg's head into the boards game 1 ... I feel better now coming back to our house.

The Flyer's are on fire! Giroux had a hat trick, Couturier had a hat trick ... I guess the way to beat the Penguins is to just go out there and outgun them ... I feel bad I picked Pittsburgh to win the series ... sorry ScottF, but it's the good kind of bad when you don't mind being wrong, ... it was good seeing Jagr put one in the net too.

Flyers are great to watch now- DVR it, fast forward thru the bad parts and celebrate the rest. It has always been hard liking both teams, and I have even defended Crosby here, but f***ing Malkin is giant ass.

I still have all 7 of the Wings Stanley Cup Finals games against the Hurricanes in '02 on VHS. The series looks like the season series did with Nashville vs. Detroit. Series is tied

All series but 2 now tied 1-1 (except NJ-Fla) So much for home ice and seeding- road teams are 10-5 so far.
