They were probably doing everything they could do to convince him to waive that no trade clause hoping he'd have a change of heart. The Raiders continue to be a train wreck. The Raiders have managed only two winning seasons in the last 20 years. That is pathetic. It doesn't matter who is coaching the team. They suck as a franchise.

Why are the Raiders letting him go? I'm still trying to figure out how could an injured Winston give you a better chance of winning, third game, than a healthy Dalton. However a healthy Winston gives you a lesser chance of winning so you keep with Dalton.
