I thought Murray had been cut too but I was corrected. It's just been such a quiet offseason besides hearing about our cuts and how they would affect us. I really am a big fan of Murray and believe that he is a great player who can get you those difficult 3rd downs to keep the chains moving. He also knocks off some long runs as well and looks good doing it. He could be a feature back and I'm glad that we have him. He's a quiet man who likes to bowl over linemen and LB'ers. That is my kind of guy! ![]() |

WR-Z (2) 10 - Tre'Quan Smith
I could see a breakout season. 3quan was a vertical threat (same with Callaway) coming out of UCF & now he'll have a QB that make the long ball throw & keep defenses honest. Not to mention this is year 4, in a contract year and knows the system. |

We really need him to step up to the #2 receiver this year. Hopefully he does.

I truly believe if Callaway can stay healthy, he will be a legit #2 WR this season. |

See the same. We'll see. It may be that Brees' issues with injuries the last two years may have retarded Smith's development or effectiveness.
