Every thing tastes nasty since I was hospitalized except for Moo Goo Gaipan. I have had it for dinner every night since I was released. Well, ice cream still tastes good thank goodness. I sure wish that I had some of the food that I see on this thread. I'm sure that it would taste delicious! Mmmmm.....

Me to. Cooked it yesterday and set it up overnight, something about the next day red beans and rice I love. I think it gels better.

I caught some Coho (Silver) salmon yesterday. I'll grill a fillet tonight with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.
