That's sounds good. Haven't had one in a couple of years. Fertitta's Deli in Shreveport and Cascio's Bistro Market here in Bossier both have good ones. The bread is the key, I think.

I’ve got a sudden change of plans. Egg rolls are scrapped. I’ve been asked to make gumbo for 12 people in exchange for the fee of the poker tournament going on tomorrow.

My phone ringtone is When the Saints go marching in and my text notification is Voo Doo child. And I’d love some hush puppies. I remember Ralph and Kakoos used to serve up great Hush Puppies.
