Was in Austin area a couple weeks ago and stopped at a hole in the wall place called Louisiana Crab Shack in Georgetown. Got 3 pounds of boiled crawfish. Good stuff. It’s not on my menu tonight, but to any Austin area Saints I recommend it!

I had a bittersweet trip. I was texted early Friday morning from JP's phone (from JoAnn I assume) saying that he had passed away. I'd like to believe that he was there with me.

Lemme guess... they let you put the spices on afterwards, then they also brag about that. I went through a similar experience when I lived in Austin not too long ago.
