Air fried catfish and cole slaw today. Not as good as actual fried catfish, but works in a pinch.

I put all the other Silver Salmon in a brine and smoked them. Smoked Salmon is the bees knees, y'all. Oh, and more pictures... Behind the sea lions is the Valdez Terminal. The end of the Alaska Pipeline. |
