Air fried catfish and cole slaw today. Not as good as actual fried catfish, but works in a pinch.

I put all the other Silver Salmon in a brine and smoked them. Smoked Salmon is the bees knees, y'all.

What’s the biggest fish you caught on the trip ?

Did you sport any Saints gear?

The fish in the picture was probably the biggest. Nothing huge like the King Salmon you see in magazines.

I wore a Saints knit cap under my rain gear off and on but no pictures.
