Ha! I had jambalaya December 19th.
[I know New Orleans cooking from a way back visit, when I also stopped by to take cooking classes from Kevin Belton].
It would have been nice to take on the Sunday win v Atlanta, but not being clairvoyant I figured I didn't want anything to overshadow (negatively) my meal.

A cooking class with Belton would be a good time. I hope it was and that you learned a few things.

Marie Callender's is good but not good for you. I have a feeling that most of them members of this board could produce as good a tasting meal as Miss Marie Callender that was healthy. I noticed that a lot of our members concentrate on healthy foods. I sure would like to eat at y'all's house.
