Making authentic Shephard's Pie (with lamb), pan sautéed lemon garlic green beans, and homemade Irish soda bread. I have Irish imported butter with garlic and herbs and an import Irish whiskey cheddar on the side. Guinness to wash it all down. I love St. Patrick's Day!
