Slow-cooked brisket in a red wine and fajita marinade on the smoker. Wife said she wanted brisket tacos this morning. Don't get a request too often. LOL! It's usually "What ever you want to make."

Black bean soup, Mexican rice, and some of my homemade Salsa Inferno Verde.

Me too. But, whatever it is, it needs to pair well with alcohol. :chug:

I've decided to go with baked Salmon, noodles in bacon and ranch sauce, and lima beans. Nothing fancy. Just filling.
