Re: What’s on the menu!

I'm going to the Bahamas to scuba dive on a live aboard next week. They take you island hopping for a week with up to five dives a day that includes a night dive. If you want to see the corals you need to go soon. Every year the coral is bleaching and the intense colors from the corals are disappearing rapidly.

That's not the best thing though. The best thing is the food! The food is absolutely fabulous! I am amazed at the delicious food they can serve from that tiny little galley. If you catch a fish or can catch a lobster they'll cook it. I'll be thinking about you Boston while I'm skipping diving because I'm too full.

LOL! I read "skipping diving" as "skinny dipping" for a second. I believe I lost my appetite, as well.

Have fun, Rugs! It sounds like a great trip. And I agree, the food in and around the Bahamas is super!

Re: What’s on the menu!

Just finished a 50 person poker tourney. I made gumbo for the group and my buddy smoked 50 lbs of brisket. Yummy!
