The first time I was on jury duty we let a guy walk because the dude he beat the crap out of had it coming. No medical bills (substantial). Nadda.

I have no idea what happened but I'm sure willing to wait before I say another thing - just hoping Kamara wasn't acting the fool.

Any speculations without any of the facts are just silly at this point.

I'd like to believe it's being blown out of proportion just seeing what we've seen of AK's personality in the past. But who knows...

Since it's Vegas you'd imagine the footage would be plentiful and it will leak eventually. One can only hope it's not damning of the guy who has been great for the team. People are human and prone to error.

Like the Olympics going on and the judging, drop the high and low and take the median for any coverage that comes out of this until the facts are truly known.

I'll never understand the fatal attraction to "nightclubs" with these athletes. Like flies to ish, it seems they can't resist them, even though they KNOW that nothing good ever comes from going to them!

I honestly believe that like pick up games and motorcycles, it should be a standard clause in their contracts! DAMN!

Recognizable athletes have been dealing with this for years. There's always going to be someone with liquid courage wanting to prove something and it usually ends up with them getting their asses kicked.

I read this morning that TMZ is planning to release video of the incident. I'll wait before I rush to judgement. From what I understand, the "victim" didn't go to the hospital until the next day. The whole thing sounds fishy.

That reset button could easily cause the Saints' system to take a couple of decades to reboot. I for one am not ready to return to the days of a chance for a playoff berth being farfetched before the first game is played.

In my younger days, I had a few close encounters in bars. Fortunately, I was usually able to talk my way out of stuff, and if necessary make a run for it out the side door. Thankfully, I identified that nothing good happens in these type of places, and drinking was best done at home. With all the bad examples of issues that have been clearly demonstrated throughout the years, I have no clue why these athletes continue to put themselves in harms way.

I lived through the 80’s, 90’s and the early 2000’s. I’d do it again to get out of this cap mess.
