Re: Has the page turned on the Book?
Trevor sucks... and Bears signed him. Still can't believe we signed him for two years. He got lucky for one game and failed miserably in the others. He talks a good game... just can't translate it to the field. Surely Ian Book can't suck worse. Anything is possible, I suppose. Just how did Montana, Theisman, Hornung do in their very first outing as NFL QBs? None of those guys had the scab players the Saints had in that one game in Miami with the Covid rules RG laid on us ... which RG lifted the very next day right before the game, the putz RG is.

Re: Has the page turned on the Book?
I emigrated from Paris, France in 1978... when I knew NOTHING about football. So I knew nothing about past greats. But I grew to learn, know and then love the game, even past greats. It's fun watching the ones that blazed the trails... players like Gale Sayers, Walter Peyton, and many, many more.

I took all but one of my grandkids there for a trip just so they'd be a bit more cultured about the world. As it turns out the French have no specific DNA ancestry, according to Harvard Geno project 1.0 and 2.0. We're all mutts decending primarily from Germanic and nordic origins. Crazy if true. | |
