No he didn't he left a 9-8 team with two first round draft picks. FO GM and HC(DA) terrible draft and FA put thus team in a bad spot

Allen made the right call to sit Winston. Winston's whining is disgusting. Trade or cut him NOW. No need for a LR cancer.

As for Allen, he doesn’t have a clue on how to LEAD men.

But If he had no leadership skills major, I don’t think he would have been able to turn the defense into the powerhouse unit it was the last few years when healthy. Guys like Davis and Jordan wouldn’t have bought into his system if he didn’t have their respect as a leader. The response is going to be they respected Payton, but that didn’t work for Ryan as DC. Just my take.
