I don’t think they will. All our corners are man to man guys. If we’re going to a zone scheme I’d have moved Lattimore already and started picking up guys who fit that better. Darius Slay. Marcus Peters. Those kind of guys.

With the secondaries past performance rez, discounting injuries, why would they consider changing their current scheme. Though overall secondary held up well even durning Lattimore’s absence.

Excited to see Alontae after his coming out party last strong when press into action year. He’s performance answered a lot of the criticisms about where he was taken in the draft. Another excellent evaluation for need and fit by Saints scouting.

Just feel that a solid man to man secondary help the DL, every .5 seconds they maintain cover it give the meat eaters up front more time to pressure disrupt or sack the OB.

I agree. I prefer a man scheme myself. I don't think we should make any changes in that regard. I will say that the Chiefs, Eagles, and 49ers are all zone teams though.
