Evaluating Coaches

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Don't good team bring in assistant coaches to be ready to take over when a coach gets poached? It's about time to bring in some fresh faces. Although, that might not play into the Saints scenario of continuity....

+1. And has the lowest winning percentage of all four NFC South coaches

Exactly what I was saying, Smash. "NFL’s highest-paid coordinator, per sources". Sources is Fangio's agent. It's good for his business in this case to make this claim (that cannot be verified) to appeal to new clients. No details shared at all, right?

Re: Evaluating Coaches

I have a sneaky suspicion that we will lose a lot of coaches this off season. Every coach that leaves us will probably have assistant coaches that they want to bring with them.

Our head coach and offensive coordinator may not suck but they aren't very good either. The rest of our coaching staff is pretty good at what they do even if the system is Antiquated without fresh input from new coaches.
