A quick look at the WR
Evan Moore 6’7 236lbs
Todd Blythe 6’5 214lbs Marques Colston 6’4 231lbs Adrian Arrington 6’3 204lbs Robert Meachem 6’2 214lbs Dante Ridgeway 6’1 200lbs Terrance Copper 6’0 207lbsRyan Titus 6’0 193lbs Devery Henderson 5’11 200lbs David Patten 5’10 190lbs Lance Moore 5’9 190lbs Skylar Green 5’9 190lbs Some one get me a step ladder. Think the idea is to have Drew throw up hill? He is only 6'0" after all. On a side note. I am really hoping Meachem made the most of last year because he is the only player we have with enough speed and better hands, to make Henderson into trade bait. Yep my usual Henderson bashing wish. |

Re: A quick look at the WR
you've done it again.......
if the saints don't play what's his name the amount of time needed i believe they only get a 3rd.......just use him towards the end when we need him, for the playoffs, so, we trade henderson and hopefully a 4th for shockey and it's a done deal.......... |

Starters
Marques Colston 6’4 231lbs Adrian Arrington 6’3 204lbs Robert Meachem 6’2 214lbs Terrance Copper 6’0 207lbs Devery Henderson 5’11 200lbs David Patten 5’10 190lbs Practice Squad Dante Ridgeway 6’1 200lbs Lance Moore 5’9 190lbs This is the way I think it ends up. Moore could even make the final roster as a special team/WR but that would mean that Copper would either be practice squad or no squad. |

Re: A quick look at the WR
You did look at his measurements before you called Arrington short and slow right? Bare in mind also that Colston isn't exactly a burner himself. Sure Arrington isn't guaranteed a spot, but his chances are slightly better than the UDFA's. If he makes the team, he'll hold the last roster spot at WR. Expecting him to be a starter or get significant playing time would be a bit much... but heck Colston did it. If you show that you can produce, Payton will find a place to play you.
This is how I'd like for it to play out... Colston and Meachem starting with Patten in the slot. Henderson as our 4th, Cooper 5th, and Arrington winning out the last spot. It all depends on how much Meachem has grown this past year. |

Re: A quick look at the WR
i didnt mean to say short i meant to say small....but ur right...he has good height....he has a very wirey frame...kinda lanky...his breakaway speed fails to impress because he couldnt breakaway.....his hands are his strong point...he can catch the ball which is the most important characteristic in NFL WRs....i just dont see him being an effective threat in our offense

Re: A quick look at the WR
Hey Hagan I have to say that Moore really intrigues me and has a shot just like anyone else and at 6'7'' and 236 not many could cover at the back of the end zone
