Reggie sometimes gives up too much ground (runs BACKWARDS) trying to make a play. He seems to have not realized yet that NOT EVERY PLAY IS MAKEABLE. Sometimes you have to just get what you can, then go back and try the next play.
That is a knock on Reggie; but I still think he brings something to the table (scares defenses no end with mismatches) that no other Saints' back brings. And Sean Payton thrives on mismatches. |
