Harper on the decline?
I recall a few plays during the GB game that reminded me of the Seattle game. I sure hope it's not a trend, but it's starting to look like Harper's better days are behind him. The jury is still out of course. Might it be time to consider Sharper or another safety before there are other injuries on other teams?

I remember him covering Dallas Clark in the super bowl doing okay
I remember him covering Visante Shiancoe in the opening game of 2010 and shutting him down, after that point hes gone downhill. i like that he can hit and he is a great blitzer but the whole secondary was a glaring weakness for us, it needs to be fixed. Robinson looked like an absolute goat out there, rodgers just couldnt wait to throw to his side for big play after big play. |

I think Harper drives to these games in A clown Car. The kind you open the door and 30 clowns come running out, going in circles not knowing where they are going... Cause this guy plays like that on the field... If every play was a run play then this guy would be a pro bowler every year.. But dam man he can't cover in pass defense..

He actually had good coverage on some of those plays he got "beat" on. Rodgers just threw the ball to the perfect spot.

Papz found a great stat once that showed Harper was one of the best DB's in the league at allowing the least amount of yards to TE's.
I think too many people think SS's should be able to cover as well as CB's.
